Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Yoco; we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once your payment is successful, and we'll email you a confirmation.

Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday are usually packed the same day, and most arrive within 2 to 4 working days in the main centres. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or in outlying areas.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Contact us, and return the product unused in its original packaging. We'll refund the price of the product within 30 days; you pay the cost of sending it back.

Faulty or damaged products

If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, which gives you six months to return defective goods.

Product safety

Please follow the age guidance and safety instructions on each product and its packaging, and supervise children during play.
