Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in South Africa.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is R150 per order, and free on orders over R750. You'll see the exact amount in your cart before you pay.
How long will it take?
Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday are packed the same day. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days in the main centres, and a little longer in outlying areas.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Paying
How do I pay?
Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Instant EFT on Yoco's secure payment page. Yoco is a South African payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Are prices in rand?
Yes. All prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable.
Returns and refunds
My order arrived damaged or doesn't work
We're sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery.
Can I return something I don't want?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if it's unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first and we'll explain how to send it back. Once we receive it, we refund the price of the product.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the return, back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
Products
Are your products safe for my baby?
We choose every product with little ones in mind. Each product page shows the age it's suitable for, so check it before you buy, and always supervise play.
A product is sold out. Will it be back?
Usually, yes. Message us and we'll let you know when it's back in stock.
