BabyVibes is a trading name of Hostdigi (Pty) Ltd, the responsible party for your personal information. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email address, cellphone number and delivery address. If you create an account, we also keep your saved address, your order history and your password (stored encrypted, so nobody, including us, can read it). Payment details are entered on Yoco's secure page and never reach us.

Why we use it

We use your details only to process, deliver and support your order, and to send you order and delivery updates. We'll only send you marketing if you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.

Reviews

If you leave a review, we publish only the name and town you choose, with your ratings and comments. We never publish your email or order number.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with our payment provider (Yoco), our email provider (Brevo, which sends your order and account emails) and our courier to complete your order. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can update your details on the My account page at any time. You may also ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@babyvibes.co.za. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

Cookies and storage

Your cart and checkout details are saved in your own browser so they're there when you come back. We don't use advertising cookies.
