How long does delivery take?
We deliver across South Africa. Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday are packed the same day, and most arrive within 2 to 4 working days in the main centres. You'll get a tracking number by email.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is R150, and free on orders over R750. You'll see the exact amount in your cart before you pay.
How do I pay?
Pay securely by card or Instant EFT through Yoco, a South African payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Are your products safe for my baby?
We choose every product with little ones in mind. Each product page shows the age it's suitable for, so check it before you buy, and always supervise play.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund. See Terms & returns for the details.
